MOULDS FOR MASONRY BLOCKS

The moulds for masonry blocks or hollow blocks are made of high strength case hardened steel. With the wire-cutting process, the clearance is 0,8 - 1 mm. 

The core of the mould adopts the process of heat treatment with a hardness of 58-62 HRC, and the suspension plate is made of imported steel, which makes the mould moue wear-resistant and durable.

A flexible design method is adopted in the design of the mould.

According to the customer's needs, the mould core and pressure plate can be freely replaced. Welding or modular threaded locks are both available.
