MOULDS FOR kerbstones

Adopted imported wear-resistant steel for the kerbstones moulds.

Due to the combination of good welding and CNC technology and heat treatment 58-62 HRC is applied to ensure mould's plate wear resistance.

The clearance is 0,5 - 0,6 mm. The support plate is designed with a replaceable threaded joint.

The mould frame is equipped with a hydraulic device, the frame plate can be folded as needed, and the worn parts can be easily replaced. 

In accordance with the needs of the customer, we can provide forms with bevels, facades, with and without face mix, as well as replaceable plates for changing the height and bevel of the curbstone.
