MOULDS FOR CONCRETE PAVERS

The paver moulds uses high strength case-hardened steel. With its precise wire-cutting process and high-precision CN machining technology, the mould can be customized for customers with 3D scanning technology, which is suitable for various contours and geometries. 

With a clearance of 0.3 - 0,4 mm., the mould has precise vertical angles and smooth sidewalls with high precision and without burrs on the stone production. Free surface digital design and interchangeable pressure plate design can be realized. 

To ensure de durability of the paver mould, the hardness is 60-63 HRC and the hardening depth is 1,2 mm. 

According to the needs of the customer, the mould can be designed and manufactured by welding or blocking modular threads.
