MOULDS FOR CONCRETE GRASS PAVERS

The moulds for the production of concrete grass pavers are made of case-hardened steel with a hardness of 58-62 HRC and a clearance of 0,5 - 0,6 mm. 

The moulds core adopts a wiring-cutting process that has a precise vertical angles and smooth sidewalls, with are both beautiful and practical.

According to customer's needs, various shapes and contours can be designed and the pressure plates and mould's wearing parts can be changed at any time.

Using 3D scanning technology, we will customize the required shape for our customers.
